Réda Laraichi is an international sports business executive with dual Moroccan-French nationality. From FIFA agent to Vice President at Rainbow World Group, he has led scouting reforms, developed football academies, built +100M€ worth of infrastructure, and contributed to key publications shaping Africa’s sports economy.

Team
I lead the business personally but collaborate with a flexible network of partners and consultants depending on the project: designers, sports analysts, web developers, scouts, journalists, real estate planners, and financial advisors. I also work closely with Rainbow World Group, academic institutions, NGOs, and international sports agencies.
